Trip: Any service or package that encompasses multiple services will be referred as Trip. Anyone providing these services will be referred as Supplier or Vendor. Any personalized schedule of a trip will be recited as Itinerary. The buyers or travelers who invest in the services or attempt to show interest in the services by Tripofer will be referred as You or Yours.
Any kind of bookings that is done in association with Tripofer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Vendor.

The Services offered by Tripofer are available for purchase by residents of the United States while in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates, who have all the requisite power and authority to enter into and perform the obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Travelers must be over the age of 18 to purchase a Tripofer Trip.
The Services are not intended for use by anyone under the applicable age of legal majority. You may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Amendments:-
We own all the rights to make changes in our T&C section without any prior notice on the acknowledgement that the changes don’t affect the prior bookings with Tripofer. It is thus recommended to go through the terms and conditions every time you avail our services or before making a booking with us. This will also help you in assimilating about the latest changes that we have made and the advantages we have added for the customers. Quite possibly you can discover some prominent changes in the Terms and Conditions.
Payment:-
As our customer you are responsible for reimbursement of any fees from the external collection agency, including all costs and expenses incurred collecting your account which includes reasonable attorney’s fees if so incurred during collection.
By using our services you agree that Tripofer and the designated external collection agency are authorized to (i) contact me via phone call (s) I am providing, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to me, (ii) contact me by sending text messages (message and data rates may apply) or emails, using any email address I provide and (iii) methods of contact may include using pre-recorded/artificial voice message and/or use of an automatic dialing device, as applicable.
The payments at Tripofer can be done using:
- We accept payments via Wire Transfer.
- International Cards that we accept are: Master Card, Visa Card, Discover, American Express, etc. (All the payments made via cards are processed on arc of Sky bird tours and travel)
- We also accept cash payments and bank transfer that you can deposit directly in our bank.

Pricing:-
Once the service by Tripofer is activated and brought, no claim on the money will be entertained unless it will be mentioned in the description of the package. Following of the charges will Not Be Included:

- Laundry and Incidental Items
- Extra Baggage Charge

Cancellation:-
Cancellation and Alteration policies varies according to the service or trip purchased. In case of more information you can contact our customer service executives at the time of purchase or prior.
Amendments Bestowed to Tripofer:
In case of any changes in the route or trip are all subject to the airline fare rules. Since there can be changes due to environmental conditions like weather or as a result of political changes, we are free to reschedule the routes and timings of flights.
In case of significant changes, prior information will be provided from our end as soon as possible. In this case, we would be providing you alternate routes options or dates to suit you and to our concern, we will offer you a package of similar cost and standard. If there is some time in your departure, we would like to offer you some choices:
- You can accept the changed schedule.
- You can exchange your trip with your previous one but of similar standard. It would be a nice offering from us that you will have an option to select alternate trip and for that you don’t need to pay any extra fees. And if in case you’re new trip costs less than the original one, we will refund the extra amount promptly. In case, you don’t like the trip offered by us, you can refuse to take it and choose from other available arrangements. And you have to pay for such arrangements which imply that you have to pay the extra amount for a package which is not offered by us and refund will be paid by us if your package costs less than the original.
All the above-mentioned points are not applicable for minor changes and for significant changes; your queries would be entertained by us for which you will receive compensations and refunds if we owe any. Everything depends on the situation and under some circumstances we are not liable to pay you anything. Exceptions are always there, please note:
- No compensation will be given to anyone if we are forced to make any changes in the flights. It can occur as a result of unforeseeable and unpredictable circumstances which are out of our control.
- Furthermore, no refunds or compensations will be entertained if there is any fraud from your side or you fail to comply with our policies or booking conditions. In this case we have to cancel the flight without any notice and you will not get any refund.
Cancellations and Alterations attributable to Travelers
We may need to cancel the flight after your departure and before the end of your trip under “force majeure”. If this situation arises, we are sorry to say but we cannot promise you refund unless we get it from our suppliers. No compensation will be paid or any costs or expenses made by you from your own and this happens in rare situations.
Important: All packages including air tickets or vacations would be non-refundable. Refund requests will be taken only if the below conditions are met.
- If the rules provide for refunds.
- If we get the refund from our suppliers only then we will process your refund requests.
Once you submit your refund request, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform that your request has been taken by our customer service agent. It doesn’t mean that you qualify for refunds. First of all, we will check your request for possible fare rules with the airlines. Then if the airlines allow for refunds, your request will be entertained and refund will be generated. It can take up to 4-6 weeks for the refunds to be transferred to you.
Changes After Purchase:-
If it is beyond our control and we can occasionally cancel bookings. Whilst we always try not to cancel bookings or any modifications, but we have the right to do this before prior notice. Some changes are minor which doesn’t affect the travelers but some changes can affect the plans of travelers and cannot be avoided.
- These changes take into account of your accommodation, departure timings, and travel places. All these can be changed to one which is convenient for you to reach and this would be done where your trip would be organized by us.
- Changes in flight date & time are subject to availability and upon payment of a change fee per person, plus any additional cost between the original total price paid and the lowest total price available for the new flight.
- All bookings of airline tickets are non-refundable unless specifically described otherwise. Any alteration, transfer, or cancellation relating to airfare, or dynamic packages (flight + hotel) which affect the booked flight(s), will involve charges up to the price of the air tickets bought including, without limitation, all fees, taxes, and charges.
- All cancellations must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:
- Refund request is based upon the fare rule we work with the airline or other involved suppliers.
- Refunds may take up to 4-6 business weeks for being processed.
- Any confirmation made beyond the time frame allowed may result in additional costs. Also, it is essential that you return the confirmation document to cancel the initial reservation.
- Any cancellation or alteration of your booking may result in costs that will be billed to you or will be deducted from the refund payable in case of cancellation.
- The cancellation of your booking, interrupted or shortened stay, or any Service not actually used by you does not exempt you from paying all the sums that you owe to Tripofer. and does not entitle you to a refund.
Travel Documents:-
The method for issuing travel documents and/or tickets depends on the time in between the date of issue of tickets and date of departure, and/or type of Service you are asking for. Tripofer. and Do Not Take Any Responsibility if incorrect information is provided by a traveler.
Travel documents will only be sent to the traveler who places the order and personally agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Insurance:-
Tripofer. strongly recommends the traveler to purchase some form of Travel/ Cancellation/ Lost Baggage/ Medical Emergency Insurance for their journey. Tripofer. does not take responsibility for any uninsured losses so, in case of damage and loss you can easily claim for it.
Travel Risks, Passports, Visas and Health Needs:-
Before traveling you must ensure that you have updated all necessary travel documents including visa, passport, and insurance. For travelling outside the country, you must have your valid passport, visa, certificates and permits and if any medical certificates with you. International trips do require passport and visa valid at least for 6 months. People who are not the citizens should contact consular office to know about the requirements about the trip.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU FAIL TO TRAVEL OR ENTER ANY COUNTRY FOR NOT CARRYING YOUR DOCUMENTS OR PASSPORTS. YOU WOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY SURCHARGES OR FINES OR PENALTIES WOULD BE ENTERTAINED BY YOU IF YOU DON’T MEET THE CRITERIA AND WE SHALL NOT BE BLAMED.
Before planning your travel, you must consider all the points and formalities mentioned below:
- Requirements for traveling to India change frequently, so you must be aware of the changes made as they come with little advance notice.
- Having no visa with you where it is required can leave you in prison until you don’t get any flight to get back to your origin. India also asks for tourist visa to allow you to visit.
- It is a law of some countries that you must have a return ticket and sufficient funds to show. And some countries require insurance evidence or coverage before issuing the visa.
- Before traveling, you must obtain the necessary information of that particular country from respective departments like Local health departments where you can get the up-to-date information. It’s your responsibility to check the vaccination of each destination and other safety measures.
- Make sure your personal information like name, address, gender should match with the information on your passport and travel documents.

IF WE ARE PLANNING OR ARRANGING TRIPS FOR YOU, WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO GIVE YOU ANY SUGGESTIONS RELATED TO RISKS AND SECURITY ISSUES OF THAT COUNTRY. WE WOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES CAUSED TO YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Passport / Visa Requirements:-
All travelers MUST be in possession of a valid government issued Passport or Identification. Travelers MUST have the necessary documents, Visas, Transit visas, Schengen Visas and all other entry permits for all international ports of entry.
Make sure the passport must be valid for 6 months after your return date when entering your destination. It is solely the responsibility of the passenger(s) to arrange all documents needed to enter the country you are traveling to, or passing through in transit.
A round-trip or ongoing ticket may be required for certain international cities. If you are traveling one way, please verify with the airline or Consulate General to prevent any issues at time of boarding.
For Travelers from USA:-
Travelers are suggested to check the website of the Indian Embassy in Washington, D.C. and check the latest requirement for traveling before booking any flight ticket to India.
Non-U.S. citizens should contact the appropriate consular office for any requirements pertaining to their Trip.
Accommodations (Hotels), Car Rentals, & Travel Insurance:
At the website of Tripofer. you can book the hotels and hire on rent via a third-party website. Since, we have no ownership or management interest with those third-party Vendors. Thus, we do not guarantee the quality of service, location of accommodation, the amenities, or the performance by those third parties.
If any issue occurs you must contact the owner/operators of the respective service directly.
For example we offer some additional services of hotel booking, rental car, and travel insurance with some partner websites like booking.com, rentalcars.com, and visitorscoverage.com respectively to enhance the quality of service we provide. But, when you register for offers or services provided by any third party (www.booking.com/ www.rentalcars.com/ www.visitorscoverage.com/) on our website you are directly shifted to another website.
Further if they ask you to share personal or private information and you agree to share your registration information and personal data with the third party then Tripofer. is no longer responsible for their service. It is advised to go through their T&C carefully before you decide to take service from them. Tripofer. is only liable to the services solely provided by us on phone calls.
Laws and Customs:-
Every country has different laws, customs, and risks and every passenger traveling to foreign countries should be prepared for unexpected and weird situations. Tripofer. is not responsible for any problem and we shouldn’t be blamed.
Our services only include planning your trip and don’t take any guarantee of your problems in your trip. For ease of traveling you should abide by the local rules and regulations of the destination. If you fail to do so Tripofer. is not responsible for damages, losses or any overhead expenses incurred by you.
Follow Conduct and Legal Rules:-
If any traveler seems to be is undisciplined with the employees or other travelers Tripofer. reserves the right to cancel your trip and, in this case, you have to pay for alternate trip and accommodation.
Not all the information showed at our site may be correct as it comes for various sources and vendors. So before booking any trip, you should do some research or investigation on the information provided at our site. Research is needed to make sure that your requirements are fully fulfilled at our site.
Marketing Materials:-
On our website, newsletters, and brochures we use various kind of images related to accommodations, restaurant, bars, clubs and travel places. Since all these comes from a third party source and are published for marketing purpose and aren’t recommended. Here we do not present the realistic representations of our services and also we do not guarantee the information on the brochure, newsletter and website are updated.
You should not view the information as recommendations, and should do your own investigation to confirm the services on our website.
Not Responsible for Liability:-
Tripofer. WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHETHER IT IS INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL. IN NO EVENT SHALL Tripofer. WOULD BE PAYABLE TO THE TRAVELER EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY HIM FOR TRAVEL.
Tripofer WORKS WITH THIRD PARTY AGENTS OR VENDORS FOR TRAVEL BOOKING INCLUDING TICKETS AND ACCOMMODATION AND WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THOSE VENDORS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSON’S DEATH, INJURY OR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO ANY REASON OR VIOLATION OF VENDOR’S POLICIES.
Disclaimer of Warranties:-
ALL GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY Tripofer. ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO PROVIDE YOU GOODS IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH US.
Release and Indemnification:-
Tripofer would not be responsible for any liabilities, claims, losses, expenses, damages or any other activity which is caused due to traveler’s carelessness or service provider mistake or any other third party. We would not take any liability of any kind under any circumstances in a trip.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to not to hold us responsible for your damages while your trip and you should defend us in every possible manner and set us free from all the expenses and damages, or any claims against us.
Air Transport:-
We only book flights through our suppliers or third party vendors and we are unaware of all the airlines carriage systems or aircrafts so we cannot keep you notified about all the things and our advertisements or brochures can display information different from the airlines, so Tripofer. should not hold responsibility if any vendor changes the flight timings, re-schedule your trip, change your seats and type of aircraft, cancel the flight.
If this happens, you should contact your respective airlines to get full information about the flight and ensure that you reach at your destination on time or before time. Tripofer. will not pay any amount if you miss your trip by any means or suffer any other problems while traveling or if your boarding is denied due to missing documents.
If you are traveling in stop-over flights and you have booked two flights, it’s your responsibility to check whether you would be able to reach the second airport on time or not. Tripofer. will not suggest anything related to this and you should check that you have enough time to board on the second airport and this is the case for connecting flights. All the expenses to reach the second airport will be incurred by you and we will not pay a single penny and if in case you miss the second flight, no refunds will be made.
Tripofer would not pay any amount or claims due to cancellations, delays or changes in the flights. If you fail to check in or board your flight due to your mistake or any health formalities, we would not be liable for this.
Problems related to e-tickets:-
IATA (International Air Transport Association) has made a rule to issue e-tickets for every booking. But due to technical issues, babies under the age of 2 may not get e-ticket and if this situation occurs, we would not be able to reserve your booking. This situation is beyond our control and we are not liable for anything. We can suggest you alternate routes and if you choose to do so, it is okay and if not, then we have to cancel your booking forcefully for which you will get your refund within 30 days.
Check-in Problem:-
If you fail to check-in on time under any circumstances, your flight will be canceled automatically by the airline. And if you have return flight as well, we recommend you to contact us on the day of departure to keep the return flight open.
Connecting Flights:-
If your connected flight is cancelled or delayed by any means, then airlines will arrange for your transport in some other means like bus or train. And if you arrange your connecting transport with us then reserve flexible or refundable tickets in order to avoid the risk of any financial loss.
Return:-
It is your duty to check your return ticket with local airlines 72 hours before your departure. If you have purchased the ticket through any agent then it is their responsibility to confirm your flight. If it is not done your seat will be given to someone else after not receiving any confirmation from your side. If you fail to do so Tripofer. will not be responsible to re-confirm your return ticket.
Luggage:-
Tripofer. takes no responsibility of your baggage if it has been mishandled, damaged, or lost. The airline you are flying with is only responsible for the compensation if there is the solid reason for the loss or damage by airline’s mistake.
You are eligible for compensation if you contact your airline and declare the damage, absence or loss of your personal effects before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration, attaching the originals of the following documents: the travel ticket, the baggage check-in slip, and the declaration.
Kids and babies:-
Child below 2 years is referred as infant and don’t need a separate seat. But, you have to pay the fare i.e 10% of the adult’s fare in almost airlines.
On certain flights children (from 2 to 11 years of age) may be granted a reduction for their fare.
Pregnancy:-
There are some restrictions on flying of pregnant women. Different airlines have their own restrictions; pregnant woman may fly on their plane, which can range from prohibiting flying anywhere from 7 to 30 days by the due date. Tripofer. takes no responsibility if you are denied for boarding.
Medical and Physical Conditions:-
We offer some trips which include activities like skiing, surfing, diving etc. which needs your health to be perfectly fine. So you being a traveler should not take anything which can harm your health on trip and if any mishap occurs, Tripofer. would not be responsible for this. Activities like skiing, surfing needs your heart and mind to be stable and strong to perform them and if you are not properly fit to carry on these activities then we would recommend you not to perform as for any mishap we would not be responsible.
Traveler will be responsible for taking care of his health whether mental or physical or any other conditions. If any serious issue occurs, Tripofer. don’t take any responsibility for this and it is possible that a physician attends you but we will not pay for any such treatment and you will have to pay on your own expense. And if anything happens to you, we are not liable.
Disputes & Governing Law:-
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between Traveler and Tripofer. will be governed by the laws of USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Attorney’s Fees, Costs, and Expenses of Suit:-
If any act of law or equity, including an action for declaratory relief or any arbitration proceeding, is brought to enforce, our Privacy Policy, Tripofer. website or any literature or materials concerning Tripofer. the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses.
Force Majeure:-
Tripofer. is not responsible for any situation which arises under severe conditions or which is beyond our control. Force majeure means that some situations are not under control and we have to take some necessary steps arising out of that conditions like cancellation or postponing a flight or anything related to travel. Conditions on which we don’t have any control can include earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, mudslides, war, security alerts, labor disputes, disease breakdown or anything like natural calamities. In such cases, we cannot take guarantee of your refunds and you cannot claim your money from Tripofer. as we have full right to cancel or postpone any flight under Force Majeure.
Entire Agreement:-
All these terms and conditions comprise the mutual understanding of both the parties i.e. Tripofer. and traveler. Tripofer. takes no guarantee that action will be taken if any one violates these terms and conditions and no waiver or modifications will be made under any provision unless these terms and conditions are not signed by both the parties.
